About the opportunity
As an Administration Officer within the Food and Patient Support Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of efficient and high-quality services across HealthShare NSW. Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, you will provide professional administrative support while ensuring customers and stakeholders receive accurate information and responsive service.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, and the flexibility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies are essential.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional, customer-focused environment that supports patient care and service delivery across NSW Health, while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and maintaining HealthShare NSW's values of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
