About the role
Join our team working within the Emergency Department, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll deliver friendly, efficient, and customer-focused service both in person and over the phone.
You will be supported every step of the way by a dedicated Patient Services Manager, Team Leader, and a collaborative Administration Team, ensuring you have the tools and guidance needed to succeed.

Tamworth Hospital is one of the largest regional hospitals in New England and has recently undergone a major refurbishment, now featuring state-of-the-art facilities. With a wide range of specialty services including Orthopaedics, Theatres, ICU, Paediatrics, Dialysis, Rehabilitation, and Medical, it offers an excellent opportunity for Administration Officers to broaden their skills and grow their careers in a supportive and modern healthcare environment.
