What you will bring to the role

  1. Proven ability to effectively work autonomously with minimal supervision and as a part of a team.
  2. Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people who exhibit challenging behaviours.
  3. Experience in a frontline customer service role and ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  5. Demonstrated skills and experience using Windows and Microsoft Office Software.
  6. Proven experience working with people from generationally, mentally and culturally diverse backgrounds including non-English speaking
  7. Ability to work under pressure in a busy and demanding environment including the ability to manage competing priorities in order to meet deadlines.
  8. A valid class C NSW drivers license and willingness to commute for work purposes.
