Where you'll be working

The Culture & Capability Administration Officer provides a range of high-level administration and clerical support services to the Manager of Culture & Capability and C&C Team, to support the achievement of the People & Culture Strategic Priorities.  Administrative support services, include, but are not limited to providing diary and calendar management, assisting with formal communications and briefs, Health Roster, HP Contents record management, purchasing and invoices, managing recruitment processes, assisting with admin tasks around My Health Learning, managing enquiries through the shared inbox, supporting team reporting requirements and any other administrative tasks including project administration to support the C&C Team.

The Organisational Development & Learning Administration Officer provides a range of high-level administration and clerical support services to the Head of Organisational Development & Learning and OD&L Team, to support the achievement of the People & Culture Strategic Priorities. 
  
Administrative support services, include, but are not limited to providing diary and calendar management, assisting with formal communications and briefs, Health Roster, HP Contents record management, purchasing and invoices, managing recruitment processes, assisting with admin tasks around My Health Learning, managing enquiries through the shared inbox, supporting team reporting requirements and any other administrative tasks including project administration to support the OD&L Team.
