Renumeration: $34.46 - $35.54 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administration Officer Level 3 to join our dedicated Diabetes and Endocrinology Department. You’ll become an integral part of a multidisciplinary team that includes doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and fellow admin staff – all working together to deliver exceptional patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll bring structure and energy to our team through a wide range of admin responsibilities:

  • Booking appointments and managing clinic schedules

  • Medical typing and letter distribution

  • Preparing for clinics (on-site and off-site, including Medicare clinics)

  • Answering calls and assisting patients and internal staff

  • Supporting digital medical recordkeeping and filing

  • Attending clinics to assist with administrative tasks

  • Lending a hand to other team members as needed
