Selection Criteria

  1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience.
  2. Extensive experience in assessing business systems, mapping end-to-end processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  3. Interpreting business intent and applying to incumbent systems and process design to improve efficiency and availability of information.
  4. Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, prepare and present analysis and reports, deal with challenges creatively and achieve business focused solutions.
  5. Advanced level prowess using business analysis and relational database tools such as Microsoft PowerApps, SQL, Python, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint and / or similar software.
  6. Superior organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with proven capacity to prioritise, multi-task, achieve business goals, perform and always work with a customer focused approach.
  7. Excellent communication, negotiation, decision making and influencing skills including the ability to interact collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders throughout all organisational levels.

COVID-19 Vaccination Compliancy 
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course (2 doses) of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised COVID-19 vaccine (except for the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine which is approved by the TGA as a single dose primary course). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.

Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
