About the role:
As a Registered Nurse in Armidale Hospital’s Emergency Department (ED), you will be able to enjoy working under Safe Staffing Levels – meaning better patient care, feeling supported to provide best outcomes, and contribute to a positive and sustainable work environment. The Registered Nurse will be required to triage, treat and transfer patients, provide ALS, cannulation and venepunctures as required. You won’t be working alone – you will be provided with a thorough orientation process including supernumery days and will also be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators and the Nurse Unit Manager. Requirements:
1) Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA
2) All overseas candidates seeking sponsorship MUST have obtained, and provide evidence, of registration with AHPRA and a positive skills assessment via ANMAC with specialty/code 254415 Registered Nurse (Critical Care and Emergency) prior to applying.
