The Opportunity at a Glance  

Are you organised, proactive, and ready to be part of a fast-paced healthcare environment? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Critical Care team as a Clinical Support Officer (CSO).

In this part-time role, you will provide vital administrative support to the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) across the Emergency Department and ICU. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks will help keep things running smoothly in a high demand setting.

Day-to-Day

Your support help clinicians deliver excellent care and ensures smooth day-to-day operations and supports the broader goals of our service.

  • Roster Management, reporting and taking minutes for team meetings
  • Support clinical teams with patient care data entry
  • Assist with administrative processes related to rostering, recruitment, performance reviews, and payroll
  • Manage and order medical and non-medical supplies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment
