Step into the role

This role will see you gain extensive opportunities and exposure across our hospital units. As the permanent reliever, you’ll play a key part in supporting essential administrative functions in a range of areas, including:

  • Outpatients
  • Admissions
  • Emergency Department
  • Switchboard
  • Clinical Support Officer 
  • Ward-based administration

Although this is a Level 2 position, you will have the chance to take on short-term contracts and higher-grade duties.
These opportunities not only expand your skill set and experience but also come with appropriate higher-level pay.

Structure and Support

This role follows a 24/7 rotating roster over a four-week cycle. With no more than two weekends scheduled per month you will be able to ensure a work life balance!
To set you up for success, comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. You will be paired with a buddy from the team who will guide and support you through the processes and help you feel comfortable and confident in your new job.

A information session will be scheduled via Teams for those progressing to interview. This will provide an overview of what to expect in this role, the ins and outs and most common questions!
