Our rotational structure offers exposure to a variety of operational and clinical areas, including dispensary, supply, production, medication safety, medical, surgical, and paediatrics. You’ll take part in quality improvement initiatives and projects, with guidance from Senior Team Leaders and Deputy Service Managers.

About the role:
Each day, you’ll manage medication supply, work closely with other healthcare professionals, conduct clinical reviews, and provide patient counselling to support safe and effective treatments. You’ll draw on your clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and sound clinical reasoning to deliver outstanding care.
You’ll be part of a large, supportive team of pharmacists, with regular supervision, ongoing training, and professional development opportunities to help grow your skills and career.

- Strong clinical knowledge applied confidently in practice

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Works well within established processes while seeking improvements
- Committed to reflective practice and continuous learning
We welcome applications from interns in their final months who expect to gain registration by the end of this year.
Requirements:
- Current Pharmacist registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with no restrictions on practice.
- Willingness and ability to participate in on-call, afterhours, weekend and public holiday work as required.

- To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
