About The Role

Staff Health plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of hospital staff. Every day brings something new — from scheduled appointments to walk-in support, vaccinations, and health screenings. We offer a dynamic and inclusive environment where teamwork and adaptability are key. 

  • Welcome and assist staff attending appointments and drop-in services

  • Coordinate appointments, maintain records, and provide administrative support for vaccinations and screenings (including COVID vaccinations)

  • Assist in managing new staff screening and onboarding processes

  • Use your initiative to support the team during quieter periods

  • Contribute to a friendly and responsive team culture

  • Currently Role is Thursday and Fridays however negotiation is possible 

 

About You 

Are you an organised and friendly professional with strong IT skills and a passion for supporting staff wellbeing? Join our close-knit, welcoming team of six at Staff Health, located on the John Hunter Hospital Campus.

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role

  • Proficiency in iPM, Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A team player who is always ready to lend a hand
