Selection Criteria
- Previous experience working in a company or organisation undertaking commercial cleaning or providing general assistance or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
- Communicating respectfully to employees, patients and carers in stressful and emergency situations while also providing essential care in a range of settings.
- Current licence to drive in NSW
- Ensure that systems of work and the working environment are safe and without risks to health.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take directions from supervisor.
- Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
- Knowledge of challenges of working in a remote area
