Selection Criteria

  1. Previous experience working in a company or organisation undertaking commercial cleaning or providing general assistance or a similar role.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
  3. Communicating respectfully to employees, patients and carers in stressful and emergency situations while also providing essential care in a range of settings.
  4. Current licence to drive in NSW
  5. Ensure that systems of work and the working environment are safe and without risks to health.
  6. Ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take directions from supervisor.
  7. Demonstrated ability to adhere to the defined standards of ethical and professional conduct consistent with the current NSW Health Code of Conduct and/or relevant professional standards where applicable.
  8. Knowledge of challenges of working in a remote area
