About the Opportunity
As a Senior Project Manager within the Organisational Transformation team at the Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will lead the delivery of complex projects that enable the successful implementation of SDPRIA’s transitional operating model. This role is pivotal in driving organisational change and ensuring SDPRIA can transition to support the Single Digital Patient Record for live sites, whilst continuing to implement across future tranches.
You will oversee planning, execution, and management of projects that impact people, processes, and technology, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. This is an exciting opportunity to influence transformation at scale and help shape the future of healthcare delivery.
In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end delivery of organisational transformation projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk registers, applying best-practice project management methodologies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate project deliverables into broader transformation initiatives.
Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels to ensure project success and adoption of new ways of working.
Provide accurate reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance bodies.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects in transformation or digital health environments.
Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2) and tools.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
High-level analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration in fast-paced environments.
You will succeed in this role if you:
Thrive in dynamic environments where priorities can shift quickly.
Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
Enjoy working collaboratively to achieve ambitious goals.
Feel comfortable working in a lean team environment where flexibility and versatility are key.
