About the Opportunity
As the Digital Health Lead of our Cadence team at SDPR, you will provide senior clinical and digital leadership to design, configure and implement large-scale digital health solutions across NSW Health, ensuring delivery to scope, quality, time and budget while managing clinical risk and stakeholder complexity.
This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of state-wide digital health transformation programs, shaping how clinicians interact with enterprise clinical systems such as Epic. You will work closely with clinical leaders, project teams and technical specialists to configure, test and implement digital solutions that improve patient safety, workflow efficiency and care outcomes across NSW Health.
In this role, you will:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of complex digital health programs, providing clear direction to project, clinical and implementation teams.
Translate clinical and business requirements into safe, effective digital solution designs, ensuring alignment with policy, standards and clinical workflows.
Partner with senior stakeholders across NSW Health to manage risks, resolve issues and drive successful state-wide implementation outcomes.
Lead change management, data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Build and lead a high-performing digital health team, fostering a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused culture.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds Tertiary qualifications in Information Management) and/or extensive experience working in a public healthcare setting.
Has strong experience in Patient Administration Systems and scheduling platforms, with a solid understanding of end-to-end patient administration, access and appointment scheduling in public healthcare settings.
Demonstrates senior digital health leadership experience, with a track record of leading PAS and scheduling initiatives or teams within large, complex health organisations.
Provides clear, credible advice on system configuration, implementation risks and patient safety, and engages confidently with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders.
Applies strategic thinking to align digital patient administration and scheduling solutions with broader service delivery and digital health priorities.
Excels in stakeholder engagement, balancing state-wide consistency with local operational needs.
Leads high-performing digital health teams, with proven experience in people leadership, performance oversight and capability uplift in fast-paced environments.
Thrives in change-driven settings, adapting to evolving digital platforms and supporting teams through transformation, optimisation and continuous improvement.
