About the Opportunity
As Lead, Strategic Workforce Planning in our People and Culture team at eHealth NSW, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping a future-ready workforce. You’ll lead and manage both enterprise-level and business unit-level workforce planning initiatives that align with organisational goals now and into the future.
In this role, you will:
- Advise the Head of People Strategy and Organisational Change with expert insights to shape the Strategic Workforce Plan and broader People Strategy FY25-FY30 and related initiatives.
- Lead the design and delivery of strategic and tactical workforce planning across eHealth NSW, partnering with leaders and enabling teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Analyse workforce data from diverse sources to uncover trends, translate insights, and inform actionable initiatives.
- Champion best-practice workforce planning and organisational design, while proactively uplifting strategic workforce planning maturity across eHealth NSW.
- Drive project activities linked to strategic and tactical workforce plans and prepare monthly executive reports for senior stakeholders and governance forums.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in strategic workforce planning, HR management, project management, organisational change management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering strategic and tactical workforce planning across the full lifecycle, with strong practical application in change and project management within a complex, results-driven and customer-centric ICT/ digital environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide expert advice across all levels of the organisation.
- Strong research and analytical capabilities, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that support strategy and planning.
