About the Opportunity
As a People and Culture Coordinator at eHealth NSW, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to improve healthcare by delivering exceptional people-focused services.
In this role, you will provide operational and administrative support across all People and Culture functions, including culture, employee experience, talent acquisition, and HR. You’ll help ensure consistent, customer-focused, and compliant services aligned with the P&C framework, NSW Health and NSW Public Sector awards, legislation, and policies.
In this role, you will:
- Champion culture and employee experience initiatives, delivering programs that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and talent pipelines, including internships and traineeships.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional for employees and stakeholders.
- Respond promptly to HR enquiries with accurate, practical advice aligned to legislation and organisational frameworks, escalating complex matters when needed.
- Manage P&C systems and databases with precision, maintaining data integrity and facilitating efficient staff and position changes in partnership with managers and HealthShare NSW.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing and refining P&C processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds tertiary qualifications in human resources, business, or a related discipline, or brings equivalent relevant experience.
- Communicates with confidence and builds strong, positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The People and Culture Coordinator is responsible for supporting operational and administrative activities across all functions of P&C Directorate including those covering culture, employee experience, Talent Acquisition and Human Resources to ensure the delivery of customer focused, consistent and compliant services with the P&C framework, NSW Health and NSW Public Sector awards, legislation and policies.
