Join us as a Principal Solutions Specialist and lead the strategic delivery of transformative Oracle Cloud solutions across NSW Health.

We’re seeking a seasoned solutions leader to drive design, implementation and optimisation of enterprise-scale Oracle HCM applications. In this senior leadership role, you will shape the strategic direction of our digital HR transformation, guiding cross-functional teams through complex program delivery as we transition from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
 

As a trusted advisor and technical authority, you’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, ensuring our HR technology aligns with broader organisational goals while embedding innovation, scalability and sustainability into every solution. 
 

In this role, you will:
 

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of workforce systems across Oracle HCM Cloud and HR/Payroll eBusiness Suite.
  • Drive complex system implementations and integrations across large-scale, enterprise environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes in a highly governed setting.
  • Guide multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation to deployment.
  • Produce high-quality program documentation, including risk, issue, and status reporting across multiple concurrent projects.

 

This role is internally referred to as Senior Design Specialist – Workforce Systems.
 

About You
We are looking for someone who:
 

  • Deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (including Redwood UI) at high patch levels (25B+)
  • Strong experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite
  • Proven leader driving complex workforce system architecture and integrations at enterprise scale
  • Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end project lifecycles
  • Collaborative communicator with a track record of navigating governance, risk, and multi-stakeholder environments
