About the Role
We are looking for dedicated and experienced Patient Flow and Access Discharge Concierge Coordinators to join our team at Wyong Hospital. This pivotal role supports the achievement of key performance targets aligned with Ministry of Health (MOH) funding requirements.
About You
- You have current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years’ experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.
- You have proven ability to analyse and interpret data related to patient flow and hospital access targets.
- You have strong commitment to quality improvement, utilising evidence-based practices to assess care and drive change.
- You have expertise in applying advanced clinical knowledge and judgment to deliver complex care and make informed decisions.
