About the Role

Based at Gosford Hospital and working across the District, this Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm role offers the opportunity to make a real impact beyond the hospital walls.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, specialised nursing care while leading the development of clinical practices and service innovation. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and community partners to ensure patient-centred, coordinated care across the entire continuum — supporting not only patients, but also their families.

About You

  • You are Registered with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse, with relevant post-graduate qualifications and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in your area of clinical expertise.
  • You are a strong team player who works effectively both independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  • You are skilled in delivering complex care, with advanced clinical knowledge and a commitment to providing the highest standard of patient support.
