Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative and secretarial support at an executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to perform a range of management and administrative tasks, monitoring and managing work priorities while managing own workload under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining and role modelling a high standard of professional conduct and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to use initiative, identify problems take ownership, and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in the use of computers and standard office software packages, and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
- Willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the role.
