What you'll be doing
As a Switchboard Operator, you’ll provide customer-focused call centre services for Corporate Services. You’ll handle calls, manage appointments, and ensure accurate patient information is maintained.
Answer and respond to internal and external calls professionally
Complete triage questionnaires and assess patient eligibility
Schedule and manage patient appointments, including interpreter liaison
Maintain data accuracy and update patient records
Assist with inquiries and escalate complaints appropriately

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with a range of individuals including the general public.
Demonstrated problem solving skills.
Ability to work within a team environment with minimal supervision and use initiative
Extensive and varied clerical / administrative experience in Australia.
Demonstrated keyboard / typing skills - minimum typing speed 40wpm.
Demonstrated experience with using Windows based software and client related databases.
