Remuneration: $36.38- $51.08 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering person-centered, evidence-informed care to patients with complex surgical needs. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and support patients through their recovery journey.
In this team you will be:
Assessing, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care
Delivering culturally appropriate care to diverse patient groups
Supporting and mentor junior nursing staff and students
Promoting continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice
Communicating effectively with patients, carers and healthcare teams

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
