What you'll be doing
As a Registered Nurse in Imaging, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients undergoing diagnostic procedures. You will work closely with radiologists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. Key responsibilities will be to:
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in a diagnostic setting
Support patients with diverse health needs during imaging procedures
Document care plans and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Mentor and guide junior nursing staff and students
Promote evidence-based practice and contribute to quality improvement

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Currently authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems
