Position Classification: Registered Midwife
Remuneration: $37.48- $52.62 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
You will deliver high quality midwifery care in a clinic environment, working closely with women, families and a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes.
• Provide individualised, person centred midwifery care
• Assess needs, coordinate referrals and advocate for clients
• Supervise, support and mentor staff and students
• Respond to changing clinical situations and delegate safely within scope
• Manage clinical resources effectively while maintaining care standards

Essential Criteria
Registration: Current Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Midwife
Selection Criteria
Previous relevant clinical experience in speciality.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development.
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership to junior members of the team .
