 What you'll be doing
The Works Coordination Officer performs administrative duties and work flow coordination services required to process, allocate and monitor the work of the asset maintenance departments. Working as part of the Asset Facilities Management (AFM) Online and Works Coordination team the role delivers high quality services and contributes to continuous improvement of work flow systems and processes. The Works Coordinator Officer works closely with Maintenance Managers and Trades Teams at an operation level and provides customer service to staff across the District.

Selection Criteria

  1. Demonstrated experience in coordination and administration of work flows in a high-volume asset maintenance department.
  2. High-level computer literacy including work flow management systems and administrative supports systems, including rostering, financial and other management systems including but not limited to Oracle, HPE CM, AFM On Line and Recruitment on Board.
  3. Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication within a customer service environment.
  4. Strong organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines while managing competing priorities.
  5. Ability to effectively problem solve under pressure while maintaining excellence in customer service and communication.
  6. Proven attention to accuracy in a high-volume data processing environment.
  7. Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and nurture internal relationships on behalf of the department.
  8. Adaptability and flexibility to a changing work environment, systems and processes with commitment to continually building skills and knowledge.
