Employment Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 31 December 2027)
Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1
Remuneration: $84,436 - $112,331 per annum
Hours Per Week: 38

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be the driving force behind FFE and MME planning across major hospital redevelopment projects, ensuring smooth coordination from selection to installation.
Collaborating with clinical teams and suppliers
Coordinating procurement and commissioning
Managing documentation and reporting
Supporting logistics and installations
Engaging stakeholders and escalating risks

Selection Criteria:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, project management or demonstrated experience working in a complex health environment.
Demonstrated experience in health planning, procurement and contracts applicable to managing an extensive change in FFE & MME.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, including senior level management.
Excellent time management and organisation skills, with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative.
Proficient in the use of Adobe applications including excel, PowerPoint and other software applications.
Effective written and oral communication skills and the capacity to produce reports, documents and correspondence related to FFE/MME.
Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
Valid NSW Drivers Licence and be willing to use it for work purposes.
