Remuneration: $55.40 - $65.37 per hour
Hours Per Week: 38
Location: Predominantly Westmead Hospital, potential to span across multiple WSLHD sites

What you'll be doing
In this role you’ll be supporting major hospital redevelopments across WSLHD by coordinating people, planning and processes to drive delivery.

  • Liaising with project stakeholders

  • Coordinating meeting schedules

  • Preparing and managing reporting

  • Maintaining accurate documentation

  • Communicating project progress

Essential Criteria:

  • License: Unrestricted driver’s license  

  • Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, project management. 

Selection Criteria:

  1. Experience in a complex health environment with clinical experience / sound understanding of clinical service delivery and models of care.

  2. Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external key stakeholders, project groups and senior level management.

  3. Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail

  4. Experience in project management

  5. Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and use initiative

  6. Demonstrated performance in implementing change through application of change management principles

  7. Understanding of planning, decanting and commissioning activities and time constraints involved.

  8. Experience in risk identification, assessment and mitigation
