What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll deliver direct patient care aligned with nursing care plans and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You’ll play a key role in supporting cardiac patients, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a safe and respectful care environment.
In your position you will:
Recognise and respond to changes in patient health using clinical judgement.
Assist with daily living activities to promote patient independence.
Document care accurately and escalate concerns appropriately.
Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve shared goals.
Uphold NSW Health and WSLHD policies and infection control standards.

Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Selection Criteria:
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.
Ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
