What you'll be doing
As an Administrative Officer Level 2, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the service running smoothly while being a welcoming first point of contact for patients and families.
You will:
Provide efficient, friendly front‑line administration and reception support
Manage appointments, patient registration, waitlists and clinic schedules
Coordinate office systems, communications and information flow
Support reporting, statistics, ordering and meeting administration
Work collaboratively while confidently managing competing priorities

Selection Criteria:
Proven extensive clerical experience in a busy reception/customer service position
Demonstrated effective communication skills-written and verbal with strong attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidently, and knowing when to escalate matters of importance and urgency
Demonstrated computer/data entry skills specifically MS office email and iPM
Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a heath setting
