1. Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia and Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG) or equivalent.
2. Proven ability to provide high-quality obstetric and gynaecological care, lead teams and ensure patient safety in a regional health context.
3. Demonstrated understanding of risk management, safety systems and NSQHS standards in maternity care.
4. Demonstrated commitment to the training, supervision and mentoring of junior doctors and medical students.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills across clinical disciplines.
6. Demonstrated capacity to lead service planning, manage change and deliver on performance and accreditation requirements.
7. Understanding and application of NSW Health CORE values, Code of Conduct and relevant NSW Health policies
