Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Please describe your recent experience as a Registered Nurse within a paediatric or relevant acute care setting. In your response, outline how you apply critical thinking and evidence‑based practice to deliver safe, compassionate and culturally responsive care, including an example that demonstrates your approach.
Tell us about a time you effectively communicated with patients, families and members of a multidisciplinary team to ensure care needs were met. Include how you maintain professionalism, manage conflict when it arises, and contribute to risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in your workplace.
