Bowral & District Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse – Mixed Medical Surgical – Casual. This position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to work across a variety of medical and surgical cases. You will be part of a supportive and dynamic team in a modern hospital environment, providing high-quality, patient-centred care to the local community. This casual role is ideal for nurses seeking variety, flexibility, and the chance to further develop their skills in both medical and surgical nursing.

What You'll be Doing
The Registered Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, quality, person centred care and work in collaboration with patients/families/carers and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.

Bowral & District Hospital, located in the picturesque Southern Highlands of NSW, offers a unique blend of rural charm and cosmopolitan amenities. As part of the South Western Sydney Local Health District, it has strong connections to tertiary facilities at Campbelltown and Liverpool.

The hospital originally opened in 1889 and has undergone significant redevelopment, with the first stage completed in December 2020. This $123 million redevelopment includes a new Clinical Services Building with a modern emergency department, operating theatres, and inpatient wards. The ongoing second stage will further enhance outpatient services and include a new Aboriginal Dreaming Garden.
