About the Role

As a Registered Nurse in our Aged Care Ward, you will:

  • Deliver person-centred care to patients with complex health needs.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide clinical information and support to patients, families, and carers.
  • Maintain high standards of documentation and infection control practices.
