As a Registered Nurse in our Aged Care Ward, you will:
- Deliver person-centred care to patients with complex health needs.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide clinical information and support to patients, families, and carers.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and infection control practices.
