Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Describe a recent example where you provided nursing care to an older person experiencing acute deterioration, delirium, or complex comorbidities, highlighting how you applied critical thinking, evidence based practice, and multidisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, high quality care.
Provide an example of how you have delivered culturally responsive, person centred care to an older patient and their family or carers in a challenging clinical environment, demonstrating effective communication, professionalism, and a commitment to dignity and compassion.
