The People and Culture Transformation Officer provides coordination and project support to enable the successful consultation, planning and implementation of the People & Culture operating model. The role plays a key part in keeping the transformation program organised, connected and on track.
Working closely with project leads and stakeholders, the role supports governance processes, documentation control, meeting coordination, action tracking and implementation logistics.
This 12 month fixed term role offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to a transformative organisational change program.

You are a highly organised, detail focused project support professional who is comfortable working across fast paced, multi stream environments. You bring a proactive and structured approach to coordination, documentation and action tracking, helping ensure activities run smoothly and governance expectations are consistently met.
With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you build effective working relationships, support clear and timely messaging and help maintain momentum across the project lifecycle. Reliable, responsive and precise, you are a trusted partner to the Project Manager and project team, contributing to high quality delivery outcomes.
Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience in project or change management within complex service environments.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level project management and support, governance and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder coordination, including liaising with diverse teams to gather inputs, progress approvals and support delivery of milestones.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating workshops/meetings and supporting consultation activities, including logistics, feedback capture and follow-up.
Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
