Achieve Something Great 
The People and Culture Transformation Manager leads the design and delivery of a new People & Culture operating model across the district over a 12 month maximum term. The role brings together leaders, staff and stakeholders to co design future ways of working and translate them into a clear, practical and implementable model.

Accountable for end to end transformation delivery, the role oversees governance, stakeholder and industrial engagement, implementation planning, risk and quality management, organisational readiness and benefits realisation. The focus is on ensuring the new model is successfully embedded and delivers lasting, system level impact.

This role offers a rare opportunity to lead meaningful organisational change at scale, shaping how People & Culture supports outcomes for the workforce and the communities it serves. 

 

Are You the Right Fit? 
You are a structured, delivery focused transformation leader who is comfortable operating in complex, multi site environments. You bring strong discipline in implementation, a pragmatic, solutions oriented mindset, and the ability to engage confidently with senior leaders, teams and stakeholders.

Known for your clear communication and organised approach, you build trust quickly and work collaboratively to guide people through change and drive consistent adoption. You exercise sound judgement, anticipate and manage risk, and ensure work is delivered in line with governance, quality standards and workforce obligations. 

 

Selection Criteria 
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below. 

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent significant experience in project/program delivery and organisational change, with a demonstrated commitment to values-based leadership and a respectful, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated experience and achievement in leading complex, organisation-wide projects/transformations in a large and complex service environment, delivering outcomes within agreed scope, time and quality parameters.
  • Demonstrated change leadership capability, including conducting changeimpact assessment, transition planning, readiness/adoption planning, andembedding new ways of working into BAU to support sustained implementation success.
  • Significant senior human resources and industrial relations experience withinNSW Health and knowledge of industrial instruments and Awards.
  • Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
