Employment Type: Permanent Or Temporary, Full Time or Part Time, up to 38 hours per week. Temporary roles are available to visa holders, with contracts issued in accordance with visa conditions. Remuneration: $37.83 - $41.10 per hour + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging

- Provide safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care to patients across Stroke & Neurology and Aged Care services.

Are You the Right Fit?
Aged Care Unit: This role offers the opportunity to support older adults with complex, multi-morbid health needs, enhancing your assessment, monitoring, and person-centred care skills while delivering compassionate, holistic care.
Stroke/Neurology Unit: This role offers the opportunity to support patients with acute and complex stroke and eurological conditions, enhancing your clinical assessment, neurological monitoring and person-centred care skills whilst delivering compassionate care.
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‑based nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively in a person-centred and culturally appropriate manner with patients, carers, and colleagues to achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Work under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse, while maintaining accountability for your clinical practice, professional development, and performance.
- Support and contribute to a positive learning environment through participation in teaching, coaching, and the development of others.
- Practice in line with professional standards, legislation, and NSW Health values, demonstrating ethical practice, professionalism, and a commitment to safe, high quality care.
