About the Service
We are seeking skilled and flexible Registered Nurses to join the Casual Pool at Goulburn Base Hospital, providing high-quality, patient-centred care across a range of clinical areas. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety and adaptability, with opportunities to work across different wards while supporting the hospital’s day-to-day staffing needs. You will bring strong clinical skills, the ability to work effectively both independently and within multidisciplinary teams, and a commitment to maintaining excellence in care. Applicants must hold current Registered Nurse registration and demonstrate excellent communication and time management abilities. What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse using best practice evidence delivers person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team. Provides supervision and support for less experienced clinicians to achieve people focused quality care. 


Selection Criteria

  1. Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse with evidence of recent clinical experience and skills in relation to the position, and a strong commitment to maintaining professional competence.
  2. Demonstrated effective professional verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
