Remuneration: $109,857 - $129,624 per annum + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

- Has tertiary qualifications in the discipline of business, human resources, organisation development or other relevant area and/or experience delivering the full breadth of human resources services within a complex and diverse workforce.
- Has experience developing and implementing best practice strategic human resources projects and initiatives.
- Has the proven ability to think and solve problems, plan and prioritise, and deliver results within a busy service delivery context, with multiple industrial instruments and policies, and conflicting operational priorities.
- Has the proven ability using a range of human resources software tools to deliver services.
