Remuneration: $109,684 - $113,243 per annum + annual leave loading + 11.5% Superannuation

The aim of the position is to use a participation methodology to build:
- The capacity of individuals to deliver safe, evidenced based care, incorporating reflective practice with the aim of continual improvement.
- A patient and family focused culture that supports the NUM and staff to deliver innovative models of care and proactively manage change.
- The position contributes to the overall improvement of health service delivery.

- Has current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) and relevant post registration experience in the specialty.
- Holds or is working towards a Certificate IV in Education. Masters in Education is desired.
