The Clinical Trial Administration Officer is responsible for providing extensive administration support and assistance to a rapidly growing, dynamic, clinical research unit within the Haematology Department at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.
The Clinical Trial Administration Officer will provide assistance to the Haematology Clinical Research Unit (CRU) Manager and Clinical Trial Coordinators (CTCs) in completing tasks such as the development of tracking budgets, generating invoices, data entry, filing, collating/tracking ethics and Local Governance Research submissions and approvals, maintaining a database of trials conducted and the ongoing reporting of both Investigator Initiated and Industry Sponsored research studies.

Ideal Candidate
- Has background/experience in finance.
- Knowledge and experience in the disciplines essential for clinical research including: Secure data management, participant trial data collection, participant organisational skills.
- Able to rapidly master new concepts and skills.
