The Role
The Patient Administration System (PAS) Support clerk is primarily responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the iPM Patient Administration System to sensure comprehensive health information is available in various patient information systems (i.e. iPM, eMR, Medical Record Document Tracking).

Selection Criteria
- Excellent PC skills including knowledge of, experience using Microsoft Office Products
- Sound working knowledge and demonstrated experience in using a PAS, e.g. iPM
- Excellent Organisational and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility and reliability in relation to shift coverage and working hours
- Understanding the importance of safeguarding health information
