Selection Criteria
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia
- Demonstrated recent experience in public health
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and management within a health care setting
- Demonstrated skills in performance management
- Has undertaken and continues to engage in professional development to further advance their management and leadership competencies
- A demonstrated knowledge and experience in the management and delivery of health protection activities
- A demonstrated understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation
- A demonstrated understanding of quality improvement and the ability to manage change effectively
