About the Opportunity
In this role you will:
- Support the patient to self-manage and achieve identified goals.
- Provide physical and psychological support to patients, addressing their individual needs.
- Undertake nursing interventions and assist with patient assessments as delegated by a Registered Nurse.
- Collect and accurately document healthcare information to maintain continuity of safe patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and team members to enhance collaborative care.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2).
• A Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia approved qualification for medication administration, including intravenous medication.
• Nursing knowledge and skills relevant to the specialty area.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including clinical documentation.
• Ability to prioritise, organise workload, work in a multidisciplinary team, and commit to quality improvement.
