  1. Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload;
  2. Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment;
  3. High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills;
  4. Demonstrated commitment to providing a quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures;
  5. Ability to use computer hardware, software applications and electronic systems at a basic level in accordance with policy and procedure.
  6. Ability to ensure correctness of information; and ability to perform daily reconciliations to support end-of-day balances.
  7. Understanding of internal audit processes and the ability to maintain registers for effective record keeping.
  8. Demonstrated experience in the use of Health Information Systems and adherence with privacy policies
