Administration Officer Level 3 - St George Hospital, Kogarah
The Role
The primary purpose of the position is to provide efficient administrative support services for the Department of Nuclear Medicine and to assist managers in complex tasks in order to enable the department to achieve objectives in a timely, reliable and effective manner. The role covers multiple areas including but not limited to reception, secretarial and typing and PET department duties.

- Demonstrated ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks under general instruction requiring minimal supervision
- Demonstrated professional attitude with the ability to confidently and courteously deal with a variety of people
- Demonstrated high level of interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent word processing and computer skills including an ability to use computer software such as Microsoft Office programs.
- Knowledge of or previous use of medical terminology or willingness to learn
- Knowledge of or previous experience with medical billing systems
- Knowledge of or previous experience with electronic booking systems
