  1. Demonstrated experience in human resource administration and recruitment (mainly for Junior Medical Officers). 
  2. Experience in recruitment, writing, managing rosters, leave and payroll enquiries.
  3. Knowledge in the use of recruitment management and rostering software and systems.
  4. Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
  5. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  6. Ability to positively contribute to a high functioning team environment
  7. Demonstrated experience and ability in computer based software packages, such as Health Roster, StaffLink and Microsoft Office products (Access, Word and Excel).
  8. Demonstrated time management skills, data entry accuracy & ability to organise and prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines.
