Selection Criteria: 

  1. Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience.
  2. Proven skills and experience in strategic, operational and resource planning within the higher education, health or related sectors, goal setting and project management.
  3. Demonstrated success designing, managing and delivering organisational, research or health related strategies, projects, programs and initiatives.
  4. Excellent consultation, influencing and negotiation skills and proven ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail for deliverables produced.
  6. High level organisational, operational and project management skills with proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  7. Advanced level of computer literacy, working with a range of computer systems and applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and databases.
  8. An understanding of and commitment to member organisation aims, objectives and values in action, together with relevant policies and guidelines.
