What you'll be doing

The Technical Clerk provides clerical, stock control, purchasing and reception support to the staff of Biomedical Engineering and Inhalational Therapy. This position is responsible for maintaining the reception and office environments of the Department.  

The Technical Clerk is key to management of medical device consumable stock used throughout the hospital and has a very physical role with respects to receiving and checking in stock, as well as issue and management of stock levels. 

The Technical Clerk will be responsible for receipting of invoicing and financial reconciliation of large number of stock orders and medical gases invoicing. 

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has good communication skills
  • Demonstrates experience with computerised timekeeping / pay systems, HealthRoster preferable
  • Demonstrates knowledge and experience with Stafflink procurement or equivalent
