- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the AHPRA Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills and proven ability to use health information systems.
- Postgraduate qualifications in the field of Child Family Health Nursing or working towards.
- Demonstrated understanding of the current role of the Child and Family Health nurse, including the principles of primary health care and the NSW Health Supporting Families Early Maternal and Child Health Home Visiting policy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in working with vulnerable and or CALD families and an understanding of early intervention, including the theoretical basis that underpins effective sustained home visiting, prevention and community development.
- Current unrestricted NSW drivers licence.
